The journey of DBF started when our founder Mr. Devendra Singh started the business of brick field in early 1970. The DBF launched its first real estate project a residential apartment project in the name of Dev Heights in May’2014 in prime location of Ghaziabad.
Since 2014 DBF spreads its wings in commercial project like Mall, commercial buildings, studio apartments etc hospitality project e.g. hotels by providing customers with their dream experiences. This has been vindicated by the long-standing relationship that DBF has with its customers and the smiles it has earned.
As parts of social responsibility, DBF started its own educational trust to change the world for the better. At present we are managing two prestigious institutes at Ghaziabad
